01Is 10–20 hours a fixed package?+
No. It is a useful guide to the size of project I usually take on, not a hard limit. A simple fix may take less; an integration with more dependencies may take longer. I'll review the requirement and propose an appropriate scope.
02What if the cause of the problem is not clear yet?+
The initial scope may focus on diagnosis and a recommended implementation plan. I will not propose a fix until I have enough evidence to support it.
03Do you only work with WordPress?+
No. I work with JavaScript, React, Next.js and WordPress, together with the APIs and services around them. I'll review the technology stack before agreeing the work.
04Can you work with the CRM or learning platform we already use?+
Often, yes. I first check what the platform supports, what access is available and how the integration can be tested. It may be a configuration change or require custom development; I will establish that before we start.
05Can you work alongside our agency or in-house developer?+
Yes. I can work independently or use your existing repository, code review and release process. We'll agree who is doing what before I start.
06Do I need to be in Oxfordshire?+
No. I'm based in Banbury, Oxfordshire and work remotely with businesses across the UK.
