Start with the work

Find a useful first change.

AI transformation does not need to begin with a company-wide programme. We can start with a task that an owner, worker or admin repeats each week, see how much effort it takes and understand where mistakes or delays happen.

I then recommend a practical approach. That might be a simple automation, an integration between existing tools or an AI-assisted step with a person reviewing the result. We agree the scope, data boundaries and measure of success before anything is built.

Workflow review

Map one process, identify its slowest steps and leave with a prioritised recommendation.

AI-assisted pilot

Try a defined use case such as summarising, classifying or drafting, with checks before the output is used.

Automation & integration

Move information between forms, email, spreadsheets, CRM and other systems with less manual re-entry.

A useful result, with people in control.

The first deliverable might be a recommendation or a working pilot, depending on the process and your current systems. I will explain what the workflow does, what needs a human check and who will maintain it after handover.

If a task involves sensitive information or important decisions, we assess those constraints before choosing tools. If AI is not the right answer, I will say so.
