How I work

Improve the part of delivery that is limiting the team.

Infrastructure work comes in different sizes. A migration may need a larger project, while repairing a failing pipeline, adding a missing check or reviewing an expensive part of AWS may take a few days. I size the work around the risk and dependencies rather than a fixed number of hours.

I check the environment, permissions and rollback route first. You receive the agreed change, an explanation of the implementation and a concise list of any remaining risks or follow-up work.
